MARA Loans unrecovered

I have received a letter at my setapak home address demanding settlement of a Mara study loan. Fortunately the letter was attention to a Malay man. The funny thing was that this loan defaulter had used my address in the loan application and the loan was approved without proper checking of the person's personal particular. I believe there are many loan defaulters suing this method to escape repayment.
